      Default Plastic rotor blades ok?

My 550 hit the ground the other week, the tail blade had a good chip taken out so I've decided to replace it. I have a spare set of plastic 90mm blades I was going to stick on it or should I fork out and buy CF blades? The plastic blades seem ok but they do flex a bit.

Plastic blades are ok for general flying. When pushing them the type of plastic makes a difference, for example I have used the KBDD Extreme blades on everything up to and including 750 size Helis and they are very stiff and work well. Softer plastic blades will lead to softer stops, but again if you are not pushing the Heli with harder moves it won't matter.
